I'm set to 1350 cals a day and by time it comes to after my lunch I've only got about 500 left to do me for rest of the day, not anywhere near enough for dinner and something before bed. I eat loads of fruit and calories in that just mount up and up...
Every day I seem to always run low on calories left. I eat back maybe about 25-50% of exercise ones but wish I could get to eating less than that back but just not possible. Keep feeling hungry too. Any ideas what I could have low in calories but would fill me up?

Hi there. I'm just starting to use MFP, when I put in I want to lose 2lb per week it keeps just saying 1lb per week, 1200 calories per day. Is there a reason for this. Also when I start losing weight will it automatically reduce my calorie count? TIA
