Hi I'm trying to lose 30 pounds. Done with the yoyo diets. Just donated garbage bag full of clothes can't go back now
I thought I could keep in track but I would go up 5 and down 6. I maintained my weight but didn't lose much. Blah!!
Trying to get to a better me . Gained weight for baby. Time to lose the weight for me. I would like to be a fit 138-140's. Not just skinny fit skinny not sure if that makes sense. So I will welcome any advice and ideas .
Stay focused. My family is wonderful they make u feel at home as soon as u get of the car they hand me a plate pop sweets..........help......!!!!?!?????! I know they mean well and want to make me feel welcome but why does it have to be with food!!! I'm going to drink 2 glasses of water before I leave the house

My weight (177) has never stayed put. Now that I'm a new mom I have new determination. I need to get of this yoyoyo for good. This time I'm taking the weight of slowly. No starving allowed I would like to weigh 138-140. I'm thing starting p90 x today. Wish me luck!!!!!!!
