Small goals first
For the first time ever im trying to reach weekly goals. Instead of "conquering" the big goal of weightloss im only shooting for getting 10,000 steps a day and logging my food everyday. Can't stop overeating!
I am supposed to only eat 1200 calories a day to reach my goal but I go over every day! It seems impossible for me to say no to food! If it's in front of me I just eat it without a thought. Please give me some advice! I consider myself a strong person in every aspect of my life EXCEPT with my self control with food.
