Small goals first

For the first time ever im trying to reach weekly goals. Instead of "conquering" the big goal of weightloss im only shooting for getting 10,000 steps a day and logging my food everyday.

I always lose myself with trying to be a super woman and end up giving up within weeks. My goals are to keep moving and hit my calories!

What do you guys do for small attainable goals?
