I've been doing The Beach Body Moms 30 minute total body cardio video now for a few days...How do you guys log things like this into your exercise logs? Do I have to go through the video and break each thing I do down with times/sets or what??
Is it true that doing 3 separate 10 minute workouts a day gets the same end results as doing 1-30 minute workout a day? I've heard both ways and am wondering?

I'm not too sure about this one... I just mowed the yard on a RIDING lawn mower for 90 minutes (yea, it's a BIG yard!) and when I entered the activity it said I burnt 303 calories...Can this be RIGHT??? I mean, all I did was sit and drive a machine... Thoughts??
Need some help - We own a farm and raise our own proteins so no labels showing calories for me to use to count intake. Anyone have a good rule of thumb for caloric values per oz. for beef, chicken, pork etc... when it's farm fresh?
