First cheat meal in 7+ weeks. No, really.
Lucky for me, when I have enough motivation, I can have some serious willpower. So it has been 7+ weeks, at net 1300 calories per day. I may have exceeded that a couple times, but not by much. Today at lunch I decided to head over to my fave deep dish pizza place for their single-slice lunch special. ZOMG it feels so good…
