Not sure if this is the right board to post on, but... Just got a new digital scale. However, it doesn't read the same as my old one. But only with a human on it. Hunger after cardio?
Am I the only one who is STARVING after cardio, but not strength? Did an hour on the treadmill earlier, wasn't hungry before (made myself eat some eggs & green tea to have energy to run) but absolutely starving afterwards.
