Scale hasn't moved in weeks; didn't take any measurements until 2 Sundays ago. This morning I picked up the tape just cuz (going to measure monthly); measured waist & stomach and down almost an entire inch on both! :o

I don't have Fit linked for steps; I only use it to track intentional exercise but MFP reports higher cal burn than Fit shows. It's a weird glitch, and it's also relatively new. MFP used to show me exactly the #s that Fit did. Hopefully it gets resolved, but until then I just correct the cal burn to what Fit shows.

Syncing is working for me, but MFP has a higher calorie burn than Fit actually reported. Weird glitch, but I've been manually chaning the number in MFP.

Last night it was pork tenderloin, carrots, mushrooms & potatoes roasted in the slow cooker all day (heavy on the veg). Served as open-face sandwiches w/ homemade gravy. Tonight will be the same! :) This is by far one of my favorite meals (we alternate between pork/beef/venison/whatever game we have in the freezer roasts).…

Another adding my name to this! So far down 13lbs (off & on since March) without exercising. I do every once in a while when the mood strikes, but usually nothing. I know I should, still working on getting into that mindset/forcing myself to add another thing to my days.

So I fell off the wagon for the holiday week. My .5lb/wk loss isn't where it should be, but I only gained back .4lbs. New CW: 163.8 Labor Day Goal: Still 155

I don't know if they've been mentioned (not going through ~700 pages! :o ) or how new they are; BUT, Yasso Frozen Greek Yogurt bars are delicious. I've had Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Sea Salt Caramel & Mint Chip so far. The caramel had that tang that greek yogurt has, which was a little weird for something that looked &…

I weigh all the ingredients, add up the total weight (pre-cooked) and use that number for the # of servings. I use grams, so it'll be like 1259 servings. When everything is cooked up & ready to dish out, I weigh what I put on my plate & count that as X number of servings.

Down to the last notch on my belt! Either gonna have to get a new one, or punch some holes in this one

I went through a phase where almost everything I made for the family for dinner, I ate as a salad. So I've had salads with a cheeseburger (no bun), chicken breast/nuggets/tenders, steak, taco meat, chili, sausage meatballs from spaghetti (without the sauce), porkchops, rotisserie chicken, bbq meat and on. In fact, tonight…

Buttered white bread with spaghetti was apparently a wide-spread delicacy! :D Still occasionally have it, and my son loves it. My mom wasn't a great cook, we often had microwaved frozen meals (Salisbury steak & gravy, turkey slices & gravy) and mushy veggies. Especially broccoli. It was cooked to mush & then mixed with…

1/2 oz of creamer, either sugar free or regular. Since I started tracking & realized just how much creamer (and calories!) I was adding, I've cut down to less than 1/2 what I was adding.

That stuff is disgusting. Tried the chocolate peanut butter flavor, and it tasted like lightly chocolate flavored water. I had such high hopes too!

Almost 1/2 way! Hope everyone enjoyed their rest day on Sunday!

I weigh daily & track it on a personal spreadsheet. I weigh in here each Monday. Daily helps to see the overall downward trend, and I can see the weekly/monthly averages as well. I also graph the daily weights as well. It's a big spiky graph, but the trendline is a smooth downward slope.

Lol! I had a peanut butter & banana wrap every day for lunch last week & daily weights steadily dropped until my seemingly weekly Monday morning re-bound!

I cook for all 3 of us (we have a son). I just eat less. I put all my recipes into the MFP recipe builder, as 1svg=1gram (# of servings = total weight of all ingredients) so I can easily weigh things out. Since we both work FT, we don't have lunch together most days. I make better choices for myself on that & leave some…

32 yr old female 5'7" 30-40lbs to lose Sedentary activity level set at 1lb/wk loss Just re-set goals after 7lb loss, MFP has my goal at 1390/day In 5wks I've lost 7lbs, which is just shy of 1.5lb/wk loss. Realistically, I gave myself a range to stick to. That's 1390-1640/day. 1640 is what MFP gives me for a .5lb/wk loss. I…

Checking in! Everyone's making great progress so far. Enjoy your rest day!! I will certainly be enjoying a day of no squats before getting back to it tomorrow. Quick note - you don't have to do them all at once! I know I won't be much longer. I'll spread them out throughout the day.

[quote="Store going is so 1995.[/quote] I have heard of them, thanks! But I like to try things on & this way I don't have to send them back if I don't like them.

I confess that I noticed a dying cricket on my co-workers desk hours ago..... and it's still there. They should be here today, but they're not. They used a dubious excuse, and I doubt that our manager knows they're not here. So they can deal with a dying (might be dead by now) cricket.

So far, logging everything for a straight 29 days. And finally not beating myself up when the scale went up a full 2lbs Sunday morning from Saturday morning. I had pizza & beer Saturday night while enjoying time with friends & the Mayweather/McGreggor fight. I know it's water weight, and based on my previous experience (I…
