Help losing the last 10 pounds
I'm trying to lose the last 10 pounds. Any tips for me? I'm a college student, excersie 6 times a week, housekeeper on the weekend. And I do try to eat healthy. I have even cut out bread and don't eat red meat except poultry because I don't like that stuff.

Diet help but exercise is on fleek!!
I keep a perfect workout routine 6 times a week in the morning. Only thing is I struggle with the diet part. I currently quit being a vegetarian for health reasons. And I have up laxatives for good. But I don't know what a healthy diet is. What is moderation? When is it okay to treat yourself? Those kind of things.

What do you consider a cheat meal
I'm a long distance runner. 6 sometimes 7 times a week. I'm a vegetarian as well. I eat healthy and at a healthy weight. I try to treat myself once a week. However one girl I know apparently considers cheese ravioli a cheat meal? But it's healthy carbs so how is that a cheat if you eat a healthy amount?

What motivates you to get stronger (muscle gain stronger)?

Help me! Binged last night and feel terrible!!!!
I got home from a long day at work. I'm a housekeeper and I knew I was hungry. So I made dinner which was scrambled eggs and toast with some hot sauce. Then I saw there was leftover pizza from my family and I totally binged and had 4 pieces. I hate myself. Will I gain weight? How can I not gain weight? Please please help…

Tips on staying motivated
I'm 20 and 5foot 6inches. My weight is currently 146.8 pounds. I checked this morning. I would love to and working towards getting back down to 125 pounds like back in high school. I don't eat very much meat. Can you give me tips please and thank you.
