Diet help but exercise is on fleek!!

I keep a perfect workout routine 6 times a week in the morning. Only thing is I struggle with the diet part. I currently quit being a vegetarian for health reasons. And I have up laxatives for good. But I don't know what a healthy diet is. What is moderation? When is it okay to treat yourself? Those kind of things.
