What works best for you folks on iOS who are using cycling for calorie burn? I'm adding bike commuting to my exercise regimen, and want to find out from folks who have been at it for a while how to best track burn from my bike time against my overall burn. Thanks guys!

(US) Withings Bodyfit Cardio $135 - 25% off of $180 MSRP
The Withings Body Cardio scale is today's Amazon deal of the day, available for $135 versus the normal $180. It's spendy, but based on having a Withings Body Analyzer for years now, they have their scale game on point, and I'm excited to buy the upgrade. It does the typical bioimpedance fat, muscle, bone, and water…

Soylent (or its clones)
Does anyone have experience with Soylent or any of its clones? Conceptually it seems interesting, but I think I like eating too much to replace food with it. It would make a better breakfast than my typical one though!

Stupid Question Alert: "Eat back your calories"
I have a question that I've seen a lot of discussion about but no real answers to: What does it mean to eat back your calories? Yesterday, I had 1930 as a goal. I ate 2460 of food that more or less covered macros and micros. I earned 753 from my Fitbit Charge HR, so I closed out the day 223 under. My exercise consists of…
