The Withings Body Cardio scale is today's Amazon deal of the day, available for $135 versus the normal $180. It's spendy, but based on having a Withings Body Analyzer for years now, they have their scale game on point, and I'm excited to buy the upgrade.
It does the typical bioimpedance fat, muscle, bone, and water measurements. The WS50 I have now does fat, and it's not perfect, but when you log every day, you can see trends. This is my link to my info on trendweight.com, if you want to see how this type of data can be used to chart progress. I never log any of the data there--It just shows up through Withings.
ETA: If this was spam, I would have put in some sort of affiliate link to Amazon. I consciously didn't link to the site so there was no appearance of impropriety. It's a good product some may find useful that's on sale today. Flag if you want, but this isn't spam..

Total waste of money IMO unless you want to stress out over inaccurate numbers.0

Mine says my body fat is between 28% and 32%, doesn't matter if I'm 16% or 24% for actual body fat. It seems to measure my hydration rather than body fat.0

Yes, no embedded link means you're not spam.

Good heads-up for those who might be considering a wi-fi scale. I have the WS-50 also and while I don't pay much attention to the BF% measurement, I appreciate the ease of stepping on it and having my stats automatically uploaded to the sites of my choice - Trendweight, Weight Diary (iOS app), Apple Health, Garmin Connect and MFP.
I'm sufficiently impressed with Withings' products that I just ordered their wireless blood pressure monitor as well. Wish Amazon would have run that as a Deal of the Day!0
