Okay so i started using this app and was doing okay for a week and then we went on vacation and i havent been able to get myself to start again. I mean i want ti change and look good but i mean i need help.. I dont know what to do.

I am just starting to workout and I have some detailed workout plans but I want to add them all individually but I'm not sure how to do that? Here's an examples 50 crunches 45 jumping jacks 40 lunges 35 squats 30 sec run in place 25 sec plank 20 squats 10 jumping jacks 15 mt climbers 5 push ups.. I have a different workout…
