I worked out today but am super nervous I won't be able to get myself to do it!!! Please help!

Your post doesnt make any sense. Have you mixed tenses?
You dont really give any detail either.
I will guess you are due to work out at a gym, but for some reason you have anxiety issues with going to the gym or doing a workout?
Reasons not to be nervous:
In the big scheme of things whether you do the workout or not the sky wont fall in.
Nobody and I mean nobody will be bothered about you as people are into their own thing and you are there for the same reason. If anything people encourage others.
You cnat manage the workout? The first few weeks of workouts tend to be finding your level. Dont compare yourself to others, its just your own level that matters and that is wherever it is. I started off certified couch potato and then accepted that but made steady progress. Progress cna be quite quick and you start to get used to the environment every time you go.
Start off by being realistic and gradually introduce yourself be it machines, different forms of exercise etc, ask if needed. I took a pen and paper and wrote what was what down. After a few times you get to know your routine. Ask anyone if you arent sure or take one of the free introductory training sessions. You dont have to sign up for a pt. The gym might help you with basic workouts.
Id suggest having a plan so that you know what to do, if you dont know what it is you will be doing i.e you dont have a workout ready then get one because you cna use it as a guide and when you have done each part then you know you are done and can go home.
If you cnat do it then figure out why, maybe start off simple, or just strat with whatever you cna manage and then increase it th next time etc. It gets easier until eventually it feels like hime, you arent bothered about anyone else and you winder what all the fuss was about. Not scary at all.
