Lost 158 pounds in 32 weeks!!
I have done this with mostly lots of walking and totally changing my diet. No surgeries, no starvation diets, and no depriving myself of yummy foods. I keep my food log open to the public if you want to check it out.

After 248 days I surpassed my goal!! 388 to 219.6
I was hoping to hit 220 today, but I guess 219.6 will do. :-) This goes to show if you want something bad enough, and have people that care about you supporting you, you can do anything you set your mind to.
