Hi. Not really much to say. On June 11th of this year I decided that I was tired of being 388lbs so, I decided to get my high blood pressure under control, start eating right, watch my calories and walk everyday. As of right now, by doing all of that, and using the MyFitnessPal and MapMyFitness apps, and the support of a lot of Facebook friends and family, I have lost 70.5lbs and feeling better than I have felt in a long time. I have even inspired a few people to do the same. My goal weight is 220lbs.
