Walking and bulky thighs
I've done a lot of researches but I didn't find the answer I want. I love walking I walk on 4 mph for 4 hours daily and I count my calories to meet my weight loss goals ... Am I gonna have bulky thighs? I'm a classic pear shaped and I want to slim down my thighs

Carbs or net carbs...carbs or net carbs, people!
My carbs should be 20g or less... So when I log in my vegetables which are my only source of carbs it's 26g in total with fiber and all so should I count the carbs or net carbs?

A quick Q-help please
Hello everyone :) ..if you're taking less calories than you should a day will that stop your weight loss..I take 800 calories out of 1360 calorie a day..but still not losing weight :(
