My carbs should be 20g or less...
So when I log in my vegetables which are my only source of carbs it's 26g in total with fiber and all so should I count the carbs or net carbs?

Count your net carbs so take off fiber and sugar alcohols.
In the UK fibre is already taken off of the carb total so beware of that. Reddit r/xxketo and r/keto are great sources of info and make sure you get your protein goals met.0 -
When it matters to you that precisely, you should use net carbs. Subtract the fiber which you're not going to metabolize.1

I just go with total carbs. It's easier.0
