Tough to stay focused on the weekends. Have to stay busy to keep the calorie count down due to boredom
Weighed in at 225 yesterday, and that's enough to get me motivated. Ate healthy all day yesterday ran two miles in 98 degree weather w/ 90 humidity. Put together a new weight program together pushed myself for an hour. Feeling good got up early and hit the weights for an early workout
Anyone ever took the challenge with BBV? Just curious, does it keep you full and from over eating?
