Sugar free jello... the type you make from the box. Flavored, of course. I eat the whole thang and it's 70 cal (and 15g of protein).1

i usually opt for fruit or cucumbers or red peppers with laughing cow cheese2

I cut out snack entirely so I could have bigger, more satisfying 3 meals. Only took about a week and a bit for my stomach to get used to not expecting something at 10 and 3.0
