Intermittent fasting for weight loss
I posted this in another area as well but now I'm thinking maybe it belongs here. So sorry if that's frowned upon. Have you tried intermittent fasting (IF) as a weight loss method? If so, what were your results? Do you recommend it? If not, why?

How many minutes per week do you work out?
I am curious, how many minutes per week do you work out? How much of that is cardio vs. strength training? And is that effective for you as far as weight loss goes?

My arms are fat (well all of me is). It's a family thing apparently, these big arms. I walk/jog and I lift weights for a total of seven days a week. I do count calories and macros.
