long ways to go, but I've already came so far
244 lbs in early July was my heaviest, started kayaking, then running and lifting. Quit drinking soda and dramatically changed my diet!!! Down to 195 today, feeling great!!!

losing weight and gaining muscle????
I started off at 244, down to 214 as of yesterday!!!! I want to get skinny like everyone else on here, but I don't wanna get scrawny. I know while I have so much extra fat on me I can eat at a deficit and gain some muscle. But at some point that won't be so. My question is at what point should I stop trying to lose weight…

Been a smoker since I was 11 years old, finally kicked the habit on March 5th of this year, a exactly 4 months before I turned 33. Finally beating that has given me some motivation, and I have been running alot, well for me, the last month and a half. I run about 5 miles every other day. Not fast but not horribly slow.…
