Down 42 pounds
So I've lost 42 pounds but I'm in a huge sticking point now. I'm hungrier than ever and I'm at about 2,800 cals. Yet if I go over just 300 cals I gain 2 lbs over night. I weigh between 196-201. I'm a male, 6 feet, 195 lbs. I've lost 42 lbs since August. if one day I fee like going over lr accident go over caloric cou t what I will do is drink more water than I usually do. Dropped 40 lbs in 5 months
I'm a strength athlete. I was relying on bulkiness to lift more weight... But j wasn't lifting enough. So I wanted to cut weight to fit my weight class.
