I'm a strength athlete. I was relying on bulkiness to lift more weight... But j wasn't lifting enough. So I wanted to cut weight to fit my weight class. Stuck with a 2.7k calorie day diet and went from 6 feet, 237 lbs, to 196.2 lbs.
