Down 42 pounds

So I've lost 42 pounds but I'm in a huge sticking point now. I'm hungrier than ever and I'm at about 2,800 cals. Yet if I go over just 300 cals I gain 2 lbs over night. I weigh between 196-201. About 198 at night before bed. Anyways, goal is to get to 193 or under 198 on any scale. (Scale at gym makes me 3-4 lbs heavier than scale at home).

I weighed 237 in August 2015
