Motivation to keep moving
I just need to hear from people and how they stay motivated. I am afraid to burn up energy on exercise when I need it for my daily chores and activities. That is my biggest issue. I have always had a problem with motivation to exercise, always.

Getting started again
I lost motivation for about six weeks and gained 4 lbs. I am back and need help staying motivated. I did see that increasing my activity level from sedentary to active, I will double the weight lost with the same number of calories. That sounds worth it.

Fitness for a senior
I am flabby and have batwing arms. I need muscle, strength and toning, My weight is normal, but I want to lose at least 5 pounds. What hope is there for me. I have to exercise regardless of what improvement I can make. I am very flexible though.
