I am flabby and have batwing arms. I need muscle, strength and toning, My weight is normal, but I want to lose at least 5 pounds. What hope is there for me. I have to exercise regardless of what improvement I can make. I am very flexible though.

I walk everyday and use 5 pound hand weights for my arms but honestly you can not get rid of bat wings by exercising. The only way is surgery which I would not recommend at our age. I am starting exercise classes for seniors at my gym next week. Medicare is paying for it through my insurance. The program is called Silver Sneakers.Try focusing on the parts of your body that you love in stead of what you don't like! Good luck!0
