  • Your sleep schedule is due to your not scheduling correctly. All my exams were between 8 am and 4 pm except when I went to evening classes. I was young and dumb and pulled all nighters. I got smarter as I got older and kept regular habits.
  • Grooming but not excessive and good communication but natural.
  • I like all the replies and thank you for taking the time for me. I plan to reread these. BeastField, I have exercised for a year and You are so right, I have more strength and energy. I also count all work s a workout. My big idea is to keep moving. I have found that I like a couple of machines at the gym, and I just would…
  • You look quite skinny already so maybe you may want to focus on getting more muscled and muscles weigh more than fat, they also help metabolism. I don't believe in extreme diets so you need to eat a healthy diet. Your BMI of 22 looks good on you as best I can see. What is your fat percentage now? If you have little to no…

  • robynmack, Just keep starting and don't go too far off track before you start again. I have been losing 10 pounds for30 years but I am within range for healthy weight and I am healthy. I don't have the answer for having muscles and all that. I hope to get in here and get more motivation myself.
  • Jenhos. I am not the type of friend you said you are looking for but I want to say a few things to you. First, focus on a weekly goal, take one step at a time and give yourself time to adjust and to change. Second, start with making some new habits; little habits like giving up one treat a day, cutting the sugar you use in…
