Hello everyone! I would love to know what is your workout schedule: how do you balance cardio/strenght and how often do you each. Do you do cardio/hiit and strenght both in a day? I kind of messed up mine and I have to build a new workout program :)

How train to reduce body fat and tone it up?
I am a 63kg, 5'10" ft young women with 26% body fat. I don't necessary need to lose weight but to reduce my body fat (which I bet it comes from my thighs) and tone up, gain some lean muscles, become more fit. SO, what would be the best cardio/strength training balance for my goals?
