Gained 2lb in 2 days?
It will be a week on Sunday since I started tracking my calories. I initially lost 6lb, but within 2 days I've gained 2lb, is this normal? I've been eating 200 calories less than suggested but have still gained.

Will I be able to lose 3 pound a week doing this?
if I ate 1500 calories a day but burned say 500 to 600 exercising, but not eating any back. That's a 1500 caloric deficit. Would this in theory work? I know it's generally not recommended to lose more than 2lb a week, but it can be done I'm told.

Weightlifting with just Dumbbells?
I want to start weight lifting 3 times a week and do cardio on the rest days, but every beginner program seems to require additional equipment. I don't mind buying the equipment, but I'd like to know if anybody can recommend me a program which requires just Dumbbells?

I've just joined MFP. I've put my details in, height and weight and my desired weight. I've put that I exercise 90 mins a day on my exercise bike.
