Unless everything you eat comes right out of the package and you consume the entire package contents you could be off.

Just wondering.....Don't you get tired of eating the same thing every day? I eat a lot of the same foods over and over but not the exact same thing every day. :)

You can try eyeballing your portions for a few weeks and see how it works out.

My family wonder this to, but no I don't get tired of it. I see eating as a chore really. I wish I could show you guys exactly what I eat.

Under settings and then diary setting. And then make it public.

I eat the same thing pretty much every day for lunch and breakfast. The only thing that may change is the dressing I use for my salad or the protein that goes on top of it.. Once you've made the salad a dozen times or so you get a pretty good idea of what 6 oz of chicken breast or 5 oz of salmon looks like though. lol

    Are you losing weight?

Are you eyeballing your portion sizes well?

    Then fine no don't weigh

I would weigh bananas, apples... stuff like that. But generally, no.
