Negative Adjustments and a Garmin
Im hoping someone can help explain negative adjustments to me, im not getting it. My calories in/ calories out section of my Garmin always says I have more calories remaijing than MFP. I then see that there is a negative adjustment for MFP. Which calorie goal should I be eating and why is there a negative adjustment on MFP?

Eating back Exercise Calories
So I have been eating really well, I dont feel like i'm depriving myself of food or anything and i've lost 16 lbs since is started, but I'm eating a pretty low amount of calories. I also LOVE working out so I hit the gym as hard as I can almost everyday. Is it bad if I am not eating back any of my exercise calories?

What protein powder do i choose?
So i am 5'5 and 156 lbs with the goal of getting down to 135. I just finished my tub of FitMiss protein powder and i wasnt really a fan, ( i didnt think it was chocolatey enough and it didnt keep me feeling full). I was wondering what protein powders you all use and which are the best for trying to slim up.

Are Cheat Days ok?
I have been eating very healthy and I have really enjoyed it, but I heard you should allow yourself one cheat day/meal a week. I had a cheat lunch last Sunday and I had a milkshake and burger today and I feel aweful about myself. Is cheating ok? and if so, what kinds of foods do you eat?
