So I have been eating really well, I dont feel like i'm depriving myself of food or anything and i've lost 16 lbs since is started, but I'm eating a pretty low amount of calories. I also LOVE working out so I hit the gym as hard as I can almost everyday. Is it bad if I am not eating back any of my exercise calories?

Yes, the system is designed with a healthy, safe deficit built in, so any exercise you do is increasing your deficit to an undesirable level. I know it's counter intuitive to be concerned about the possibility of losing weight too quickly, but it is a legitimate concern. The faster you lose weight, the less sustainable it is, the more muscle is lost, and the more likely you are to gain the weight back after you're done. Do it slowly, do it steady, do it right, and do it once.

    Cosigned.

Deprivation diets are unsustainable and lead to bingeing and yoyoing.

Holy crap, I just looked at your diary! You've been 3000-5000 kj under all week! This is very bad.

I had to learn the same lesson you need to. Luckily I didn't go too far, and start losing my hair or periods, but that is a real risk on low calorie diets.

You need to learn sustainable habits you can keep for life. To maintain a healthy weight you need to stick to your calorie limit, so the sooner you stick to your MFP limit the better.
