I have the same thing for lunch almost every day. I eat a tuna salad and i use 1 can of tuna (in water) drained, then a little bit of light mayo and pickle relish. You can put the tuna on a corn tortilla and add avocado. Cherry tomatoes and some fruit on the side.

i just use Quest Protein Powder (any flavor but peanut butter is my favorite) and then I use Almond Milk (the Light Original kind)

Hey! Im 5'6 and started at 170 2 1/2 months ago. I have lost about 25 lbs so far and have 10-15 lbs left til i hit my goal! I eat lower carbs(50-100g/day) and eat a lot of protein to help keep me fuller, longer. I allow myself to have treats and 'unhealthy' foods pretty often, but i balance them with lots of nutritious…

I used chantix as well. My biggest side effects was EXTREMELY vivid dreams of doing the most mundane things in the world. Lol. I didnt even have to use the full packs, and i have been smoke free for over 4 yrs and cant stand cigs now. Chantix doesnt make you sick when you smoke or anything. You smoke when you start it and…

I eat 2 eggs for breakfast every morning. Sometimes i will switch it up and make a 2 egg omelette. I have tuna salad with tomato and avacado for lunch, and every once in a while i will turn it into a taco. I switch up my dinners and try to always have something dinner, but it's basically a protein and a veggie.

First off, Welcome to MFP!!! the first step is to just log everything you eat and do. I have lost most all of my weight so far ( over 20 lbs in the past 2 months), by logging my food, paying attention to portion sizes and working out on the eliptical at the gym. you don't HAVE to join a gym to lose weight. You can burn…

No fad diets! Make sure you get all of your nutrients. You just need to track everything and make sure you are burning more than you are eating.

For the past month and a half i have eliminated almost all refined carbs from my diet. No bread, pasta, or rice. I still eat between 50-100 carbs a day. For me, it is a sustainable way of eating, and by getting more of my calories from protein, i feel fuller much longer! By going low carb, it has helped me to sustain CICO…

I've never used fitness blender, but from what you are saying, it sounds a lot like Sworkit... you can download sworkit lite for free and all the workouts you do automatically sync the calories burned to your myfitnesspal account. Its a great app!

I can personally attest to that. I Yo-yoed with them for the entire 5 years i was in the military.

on previous attempts to lose weight, i tried all types of weight-loss pills, but all they seemed to do was make me feel jittery and icky, and I thought that because I was taking them I didn't need to worry about anything else because I wasn't eating. This time I haven't used any and i'm seeing quite a bit of success. It's…

I have the same issue! I eat nutrient dense foods and work out A LOT! My brain is hardwired to think "work out more, eat less" even though i feel like im eating plenty. Try a protein powder or something for some extra calories
