Fitness Blender

Does anyone else out in Fitness land do exercise videos from FitnessBlender.com? Some of the w.o. incorporate strength training and cardio ~ others are jumping jacks, lunges, etc. Anyway - looking for suggestions on how to enter the exercise into MFP.

I use fitness blender but I'm no help at how I log. I don't have a monitor, so I'm basically guessing. I stick mostly with the type of exercise it is, so weightlifting when I do strength, calisthenics for the non-stop burpees and other super active stuff, light calisthenics if it's slower. I'll make sure to subtract the warm up and cool down and do a separate "stretching" entry for that, since I'm obviously not burning as much.

I've only done their HIIT Like a Girl and I use an HRM for that.0

I've never used fitness blender, but from what you are saying, it sounds a lot like Sworkit... you can download sworkit lite for free and all the workouts you do automatically sync the calories burned to your myfitnesspal account. Its a great app!0
