Just cant pack on the pounds
Im having trouble packing on the weight. I'm very active at work. Hard to find the time to hit the gym. I'm male 5'11" at 125 on a good day. My goal right now is set at 3500 calories. I have a hard time hitting it consistently. Tips, pointers, motivation much appreciated

Heading out to a labor day bbq and just curious on how most people keep track of there calories when out? Do you just keep a mental log of what you ate then just guess on the items? Just looking for ideas. Have a safe one everyone!!

Okay obviously I'm new to all this and you all will see why.... I'm confused about work out plans. I'm looking at one that consists of 3 circuits. Now do I just rotate them throught the week or do all 3 of them 3 times a week?
