Looking for Keto/ Low Carb Friends
Hi! Long story short I did Keto about 5 years ago and got to the most fit I have ever been. I had surgery to remove the excess skin on my arms and stomach and gained about 20lbs back. Losing the last 20/ 2 a days
So I am 20 pounds away from my goal of losing 100lbs. I exercise 6-7 days a week with 3-5 days incorporating heavy weights. I eat a clean diet free of gluten, dairy, added sugar, and processed foods.
