I don't have an Apple Watch or Fitbit... how do I add my yoga / barre exercise on MFP
I am struggling to figure out my calorie deficit, even if I have one if I can't add my exercise in. I do not want to go through the trouble of listing each yoga pose I did throughout my practice. Is there a solution to this?
