Why am I not losing weight but staying in calorie goal

I am not sure what to do. I track everything I eat and drink into MFP. I have not lost weight yet and I have been doing this for a month. I am starting to become frustrated and feel very defeated. Is there any reason why I am not losing weight? I’m not able to exercise due to an injury, but I took that into account with my calorie goal / fitness activity in the MFP settings.
