not tracking calories with the app and just 'winging it' - anyone had success with this?
I'm finding it tricky keeping track of everything I eat, but after doing it solidly for a week have a much better feel for the calories and macros in the stuff I eat. Do people find they can keep on track without logging what they eat? Or does calorie creep inevitably happen?

Hi Everyone, looking to lose fat and build muscle (aren't we all).
Hi Everyone, I've been using the app for a few weeks now and posting a few questions and replies on these forums, and concluded these are friendly and helpful message boards and worth sticking around on (unlike bodybuilding.com where you get a lot of tiresome and sarcastic answers). why do a lot of slightly overweight people look worse when they lose it?
I've noticed this quite a lot, it might be because they wear the same sweaters/shirts which are too baggy on them, it could also be because they've lot muscle on the shoulders. Or is it my conditioning, where slightly overweight is seen as the new normal? They also often seem less jolly.

is the last fat to go on, the first to come off?
title says it all, I'm wondering if people find it's always the same areas they gain then lose fat on.

realistic body fat % goal
Is getting below the 10% body fat needed to have six pack abs realistically attainable for most people? I want to find a body fat % target that is realistic for me. I enjoy my food, and am not willing to spend more than 5 hours a week exercising.
