Hi Everyone,

I've been using the app for a few weeks now and posting a few questions and replies on these forums, and concluded these are friendly and helpful message boards and worth sticking around on (unlike bodybuilding.com where you get a lot of tiresome and sarcastic answers).

After spending my 30s yo-yo'ing between 80 and 90 kilos, I hit 40 and decided to keep my weight in the 70-80 kg range from now on (where I was in my healthier and more active early 20s).

What lead me to this site was browsing around on health related videos on youtube and coming across this guy Mike Matthews who does videos about diet and weight training, his dedication and focus on getting calories and macros precisely optimized really inspired me, I told a co-worker I was keeping a food diary and he told me to checkout the myfitnesspal app, and here I am.
