I am having the hardest time committing to either morning or evening workouts so more often than not I end up slacking. I'm pretty sure morning is best for me. Advice to kick ones *kitten* out of bed? Lol

I want to boredom eat!
I'm just lounging, probably going to sleep in an hour. I'm not really hungry but I just want to eat out of boredom and can really use support! I'm a former compulsive overeater and still have a hard time being conscious of what I'm eating. I'm on day 4 of being 100% mindful again Ohh the struggle

how many calories to eat?
I want to lose 100 lbs to be within a healthy weight range for me. I workout at a medium-high intensity 4-6 days a week. How should I know the number of calories to aim for each day? I know I want a 500 calorie deficit per day Thanks for any insight and tips
