I started running two weeks ago. Two weeks ago I logged 4 miles. Last week I logged 9 miles. Today I am sweating like crazy just sitting at my desk. Is this the effect of running?
I have a question for you
I took a new job 4 months ago which require a suit every day. My suits are fitting pretty loosely. I am going to have to go take them in, but at this rate I am looking at needing new suits in the near future.
A 2 hour drive to go repelling is the farthest I have gone.
