I’ve been going up and down in weight for the past 4 months but I have not made it to my weight goal. My goal is to be under 205 pounds. I was at 225 pounds at my heaviest and now i’m at 216. I’m hoping this time I can do it! Might need some of your motivation and maybe people to check in on me from time to time.

I need help to stay motivated to reach my goal of getting to 205 pounds. I’m currently at 220 pounds. I feel like I need somebody to talk to maybe a life coach when times get tough that’s usually when I fall off.

I need help with my late night food cravings. I eat about 2500 calories a day and workout about 5 days a week. I'm 6'3 and 35 years old and weight about 195 lbs. Community, looking to get more motivated on this site. I not sure how to eat my daily proteins, fats and carohydrates while keeping my with my calories. I have been able to do the calories diet so far for about 11 day's now, but i'm not sure about how to do the macronutrients. V/R, Anthony
