looking to get more motivated on this site. I not sure how to eat my daily proteins, fats and carohydrates while keeping my with my calories. I have been able to do the calories diet so far for about 11 day's now, but i'm not sure about how to do the macronutrients.

I try to be around 50/30/20 (C/P/F). But they usually end up around 55/20/25 and that seems to work for me.0
