Only lost .4 lbs last week
I woke up this morning and weighed myself and only found my self at a .4 Loss. I have my fitnesspal set for 2 lbs a week. Before and Now- Lots of work still ahead of me! 50 lbs gone 100 more to go.
I've been struggling with weight my whole life... It took me forever to find pictures to try to compare my face weight loss, but here we go. It's my first time Ever posting on here.
