Lifting weights sounds horrible
Does anyone have suggestions for ways to build muscle and decrease body fat WITHOUT doing weight lifting? Programs that utilize ones own body weight? I definitely don't want to do a lot of weight lifting.

Food boring me?
Do you ever just feel bored of food? Bored of the food you're eating, bored of logging it, bored of planning? I just feel so over food. Perhaps I need new recipes? Perhaps it's the vegetarianism. IDK. Anyone relate?

Hello! I am new/returning only this time, my goal is to MAINTAIN rather than to lose vanity pounds. I would love friends who are doing the same to keep me motivated and not stray into losing mode. I'm an open book!
