1lb./wk too aggressive?

So I started losing weight at the start of the new year, set at 1 lb./wk. It's been pretty much that, and I'm at 143 from a starting weight of 155. My goal weight is 130. (I'm 5'6" by the way). My question is, how do you know if you should be at 1lb./wk or .5? Half a pound a week seems so tiny! But I also feel more hungry since I started at a desk job this month and am set at sedentary. Please check out my diary! Tips? Tricks? Advice? I want it all!

Most people on here will say to switch to .5lbs per week. It sounds like you are uncomfortable, so maybe that is best. Or you could try to exercise outside of work so you have some calories to eat back.0
