App super sluggish
Anyone else having trouble with the app working super slow? I am thinking of deleting the app and then reloading but will I lose all my data? I can't go on with this slow speed. Takes 10 mins to log my breakfast. Thanks iPhone 6 Plus MyFitnessPal app

Entry adjustment
Can you adjust the macros of an entry. For example I order the maple glazed chicken at seasons 52 and the exact item comes up in the database. However, I substituted for the potatoes with more vegetables. Can you change this somehow? Thanks. Vincent

Starting new phase
I have almost reached my goal weight during the loss phase. I am down pretty low now. Like high school weight. So the next phase is gaining more muscle and not gaining fat. I hadn't logged into this app for months and it was hilarious to see my goals: my weight said I was 203 lbs. and my goal was 185. I crushed that goal and now weigh 164.6.
