Do you plan on counting calories for the rest of your life?
I've been counting for around 2-3 years now and I'm getting sick of it. Food and calories is all I think about these days, but I fear I'll regain all the weight once I stop. What's your plan once you reach your goal weight? Would counting calories for the rest of your life be unreasonable?

How to avoid eating my feelings (binging)?
A lot of things have been bringing me down lately and this past week has been quite terrible. As someone who struggles with binge eating from time to time, this is a recipe for disaster. Anybody know of some helpful methods to cope with emotional eating?

Let's say I ate 4000 calories today, would I be able to reverse the damage by fasting for 48 hours? Will I still gain weight?

I ate 5500 calories the first 2 days and 4055 calories today. I really hope this doesn't continue because the guilt is consuming me. How much weight should I expect to gain?
